Brown & Bigelow often creates successful gift and award programs for SunTrust. In one instance, B&B’s account team worked directly with the CEO’s assistant to create must-have items for their Board of Directors. Working with Vineyard Vines, we created high-end, custom ties, pocket squares and scarves with company colors and subtle branding. Our goal was to surprise and delight, and this CEO was happy indeed.
For the SunTrust 2014 Performance Excellence Awards, B&B handled everything from fully customized invitations, to on-site activities during the event, to gift assembly, fulfillment, storage and delivery to the hotel venue. The event was a huge success!
For the SunTrust Purpose Ambassador program, B&B sourced and assembled 350+ kits in a high-end tote bag and shipped to three different event locations. Sourced and customized products in the tote included a selfie stick, lapel pin, chrome pen, leather journal and edible snacks – plus a personalized letter and customized certificate.
B&B created and sourced graduation gifts for an internal recognition program for SunTrust employees who graduated from the company’s onUp training program. The Shine Bright Kids Program was created to help educate children on the importance of finances. It was offered to SunTrust Teammates for children in their lives to work on in the summer months, and B&B assisted with gear and prizes.
SunTrust employees are encouraged to volunteer to promote financial well-being in their communities. To help create and foster that sense of community, B&B designs and source volunteer T-shirts. Ongoing, we ship weekly individual mailings of 25+ shirts sent with custom SunTrust mailing labels and manage and restock inventory. In addition, we source and distribute Shine On acrylic award plaques and mouse pads, and the packaging and customized labeling of the awards.
